I hope your Friday is going as good as mine!! This weather has been absolutely perfect all week and I'm getting ready to start enjoying the weekend.
But we all know what Friday ALSO means.... BAAAAAD foods and drinking for some. That's right, alcohol is full of empty calories and pizza, well... pizza isn't the greatest for that sexy six pack either.
So I wanted to give a few guidelines to follow over the weekend to make sure you don't COMPLETELY reverse all the hard work you put in over the week.
Here we go...
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER...
LEARN WHEN TO SAY NO AND SET A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH YOU'RE EATING & DRINKING
FIND A PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AS A FORM OF ENTERTAINMENT
Usually any competitive sport is fun and can make for a great way to burn off some calories from that cheat meal we enjoyed the night before. =)
LAST BUT NOT LEAST... ENJOY LIFE, FAMILY, FRIENDS AND ALL THE OTHER THINGS THAT COME WITH THEM.
OH YEA!! IT'S OCTOBER! GO PUT UP SOME HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS. =D
