7 TOP tips to get you SEXY!

I hope you're doing just awesome. I'm sitting on my couch waiting on my chicken to get done cooking and thought I'd take a quick second to put out a blog post with my TOP tips for getting that sexy body you've always wanted.
So here we go!
1. Eat Frequent Meals. I've seen to many people starve themselves to lose weight. You NEED calories. Don't cut them out. Just focus on eating the right ones.
2. Stay Moving. If you have a job or lifestyle that keeps you sitting all day long... find a way to squeeze in some pushups or jumping jacks every so often.
3. Buy Some Home Fitness Equipment. Having equipment readily available allows for no excuses for not working out. And since you're saving on gas and monthly gym memberships... while you're getting thinner... your wallet will be getting thicker. ;)
4. Fill Up On Greens. Eating plenty of greens with all of your meals will provide you with some complex carbs that your body needs, as well as a very low cal way of filling up your stomach so you don't eat as much of the foods that are more dense in calories.
5. Try Intervals. Cycle your cardio exercises in high intensity bursts and low intensity bursts. For ex. 30 sec of all out sprinting, then a minute and a half of walking. Some studies show that these intervals are more effective for burning fat while maintaining muscle mass. It also keeps the ol' cardio from being TOOO boring.
6. Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone. Always learn and try new exercises. Cardio AND resistance training. Women.. don't worry. You won't get bulky from lifting weights. Unless you eat a TON of calories every day. Lifting weights will help burn more fat. So add variety to that sometimes mundane form of movement called a workout.
7. Drink LOTS Of Water. Last but not least. This is probably the most important thing you could do for your health and appearance. Your body is over 70% water, so it only makes since to drink a ton of it. We need it for almost every aspect of life. So grab a jug, keep it filled and sip on it all day long.
